Prelibato Rose Vinegar

Prelibato Rose is based on must from Modenese Trebbiano and Ancellotta grapes, cultivated in the family vines, combined with rose essence taken from the plants on their farm "Tenuta del Cigno". This vinegar is a completely natural product. Excellent used on raw fish dishes and grilled vegetables.
