This extra virgin olive oil by Marina Palusci is a monovarietal oil of the cultivar intosso from Abruzzo. The colour is an emerald green with straw yellow reflections. The nose has notes of tomato, nightshade, aromatic herbs, and balsamic while the taste is perceived bitter and spicy in harmony with hints of tomato and herbs. Pairs well with raw fish, lasagna, burrata and zucchini. Also perfect with chocolate desserts.
